The CSU Alumni Association will host a webinar titled, “Salary Negotiation for Women”

April 10th is Equal Pay Day, the day that represents how long, on average, a woman has to work into the year to equal what a man made by December 31 of the previous year.  Learn about what the wage gap is how the wage gap determines your worth in the marketplace, and explore tips and techniques to empower you to successfully negotiate equal pay.
