The Women & Gender Collaborative, the New Start for Student Veterans Program, and Adult Learners and Veteran Services, will sponsor Finding Balance Yoga Studio throughout the Spring 2018 Semester.
Finding Balance Yoga is a series of FREE yoga classes on CSU’s campus led by an occupational therapist and certified yoga instructor. Finding Balance Yoga offers small class sizes that are tailored to fit the needs of faculty, staff, and students who identify as women at all levels of experience. Supplies are provided!
