Students for Holocaust Awareness present an Evening with Mrs. Marthe Cohn as part of CSU Holocaust Awareness Week.
February 21st – Evening with a Holocaust Survivor: Mrs. Marthe Cohn

The extraordinary story of a Holocaust Survivor and Jewish spy in Nazi Germany. When her family was sent to Auschwitz or fled into hiding, Marthe Cohn decided to fight. Using her perfect German accent and blonde hair, she became a spy for the French army intelligence. Posing as a young German nurse, she risked her life countless times before going behind enemy lines to provide information about Nazi troop movements. She received France’s highest military honor, the Medaille Militare. Mrs. Cohn, now 97, will share her extraordinary story of survival, tragedy, and heroism.

Honor the lives lost in the Holocaust by setting up our annual field of flags in the lawn outside the LSC.
