Tuesdays: Finding Balance Yoga

It’s back! The Women and Gender Collaborative, New Start for Student Veterans, and Adult Learner and Veterans Services (ALVS) are partnering to offer FREE yoga classes to women-identifying faculty, staff, and students.

Free event open to all levels of experience. All supplies provided.

Fall 2017 Drop-In Schedule (beginning September 12th)
Tuesdays, 7:00 – 8:00 AM
CSU Occupational Therapy Building
800 Oval Drive, Rooms 100-101

Small class sizes are offered in a welcoming space to tailor to individual needs. Classes and all yoga supplies are offered free of charge.
