The Consultation Team for Incidents of Bias coordinates University response to incidents of bias to ensure appropriate, timely institutional response, support for impacted populations, effective communication, systematic deployment of resources, and clear articulation of institutional values and expectations.

Operations Team for Diversity

The Operations Team for Diversity (OT4D) was initially created By Blanche Hughes when she was the interim Vice President for Diversity from January 2010 – July 2010. OT4D was created to assist the Office of the Vice President for Diversity in Advancing the Diversity Agenda of CSU. OT4D meets on a bi-weekly basis.

Internal Advisory Committee

The Internal Advisory Committee’s duties will include: 1) Serving as Advisory to the Operations Team for Diversity. 2) Acting as the Strategic Plan Review Committee (SPRC) for Colorado State University. 3) Sharing information about the activities and programs communicated to them during meetings. Members of the Internal Advisory Committee would include representatives from each college and/or designee, a representative from the Strategic and Financial Planning Committee of Faculty Council, Chair of Faculty Council, Provost Office Representation, student representation, as well as individuals from key offices and councils. The Internal Advisory Committee will meet once a month.

External Advisory Committee

The External Advisory Committee will promote the institutional diversity agenda beyond campus units and programs. Operations Team for Diversity will collaborate with the External Advisory Committee and promote recommendations that will advance the institutional diversity agenda. Membership will include individuals who are nominated by campus faculty and staff and are people have an affinity toward the University and its goals. The External Advisory Committee will meet once a semester.
